Chairman's Update

Well it had to happen at some time the CROCKS won a League game and very much deserved it coming back from 2-0 down to get a great victory.

Well-done to the hard work behind the scenes by our new Manager Jack - Dean Thomas recruiting many players over the last couple of weeks and shaping them into a descent team which we hope will improve our position in the League moving forward, and looking forward to working with him in reaching that goal.

Next week we are away to Belvedere who have replaced the CROCKS at the bottom of the table so another Cup Final for us before we have the return fixture v AMG Ballerz at the Meadow on February 3rd kicking off at the new time of 2 45pm.

We held our belated Xmas raffle on Sunday 14/01/2024 raising much needed funds with the lease payment due very soon and thank everyone who bought a ticket and who kindly donated prizes. Prize Winners listed below.

Let's hope 2024 continues with some more good fortune and see some of you on the 3rd of February

We hope you have a good 2024 and thank you for your continued support

Steve

Manager Notes (18th Nov 2023)

With only 6 weeks to go before Christmas, we found ourselves again on the end of a disappointing home performance last week, going down 7-2 to Farnborough OBG.

If there was any positives to take from that is that our goals were scored by debutant Lewis Bain and our second, a very disputed goal. So we will let another debutant Sam Richardson and Nathan Lines argue it out over who actually scored. For the record, I wasn’t looking at that exact moment, just saw the net bulge and everyone cheer.

Along with Lewis and Sam, we had a few more debutants last week. As manager of this club, I will tell you there will be more changes in the next few weeks as myself and my management team work tirelessly towards getting our season back on track. Let’s hope we can do that today.

I’ll end by thanking you all for the support last week, and you can rest assured we will be doing our best out there today to win those 3 points.

All the best
